Fixing Screen Issues

You may have recently noticed that the images displayed on your iPad do not look right. This may happen when the screen is not responding when you try to adjust the settings. You need not worry though, as the tips shared here by wholesale iPad dealers will help you to fix the issue.

If the screen of your iPad is too bright or too dim, the first thing to do is to adjust the display brightness. Follow the below steps to adjust the brightness of your iPad.

  • Open Settings and select Display & Brightness.
  • Drag the slider to the left or right side.
  • If your iPad is equipped with an ambient light sensor, you will be able to see an Auto Brightness setting provided under the slider. Turning this feature on will automatically adjust the screen brightness based on the surrounding light.
  • If you need to increase or decrease the Auto Brightness level, you will need to turn on the feature and use the slider to adjust the Auto Brightness
  • If you find that the Auto Brightness is not working as expected, you will need to reset it. You can simply turn off the feature and turn it on again to reset it.

If you see a solid color (blue, white, or black) on the screen of your iPad, the first thing to do is to connect the device to the charger. If the device shows the low battery screen when you connect it to a charger, you will need to allow the device to charge for a minimum of twenty minutes before using the device again.

If nothing happens when you connect the device to the charger, you can try to force restart the iPad when it is still connected to the charger. You need to press and hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for a minimum of ten seconds and you will be able to see the Apple logo appearing on the screen.

You can release the button once you see the Apple logo and the iPad will restart. However, you should try this step only as the last resort when nothing else works and you are unable to restart the device the normal way.

Most of the screen issues can be solved by force restarting the device, but if you see that the issue persists even after the forced restart, you will need to contact Apple support for more help.
